Lost a workout and was logged out on both the PC app and iOS app.

Same issue. Just finished Gibbs+1 and noticed that nothing was loading or saving :man_facepalming:t2:.

So I’m about 2/3 through getting it to work on my phone. The power numbers aren’t updating but the resistance in my legs seems to be close. If you’re committed to riding tonight, give it a shot

They might not know. It is Friday night. Who knows what is wrong. I understand its frustrating. I was going to ride another hour tonight. I have a free trial of zwift I am playing with so I could ride if I really wanted to. I could also use my woosh or I could even put a workout on my garmin head unit. I decided to watch some tv and type here instead.

I did burn up a few of my free Zwift kilometers though. Just enough to feel like I accomplished something.

Does anyone know if there is a folder with the workout queued to sync after its complete? Finished ride and i’m hoping its saved somewhere is a sync folder so it uploads once they fix the issue.

Having the same problem, iPhone . Unexpected error, also Strava had a big ques on it’s servers.

I can confirm they are aware of/working on the issue. It’s a Friday night outage so even the best company can be caught back footed. Considering they are a smaller company all the employees they can scrounge up at 6pm Friday evening are probably dedicated to fixing the issue as opposed to any customer interaction. It’s unfortunate but they have my empathy.

I have been having this “unexpected error” on iphone for a week so far. it comes and goes so was not a big issue. Today though it is more persistent. No luck logging in.
I did cut them a ticket when I first seen it. They said to uninstall/install app and power off/on the phone. I did both but still same issue.

I completely agree with you. I thought I choose my words carefully by saying mildly frustrated… It is mildly frustrating, but I still understand your point and I get where they are coming from.
