Is there a way to rough estimate tss

New to trainer road. Really liking the program.

My only issue is I find myself either on the trainer or the road bike. Recently I went for a ride and the battery in my power meter was dead. I had a great ride but their was no information as far as power. My tss was 0 for the ride. Is their a way to get an estimate score?

For this reason I am not riding my Mountain bike or cross bike due to lack of power and not being able to quantify the work out.

After you import the ride with no power into trainerroad there is a button to estimate the tss based on RPE. I did it with loads of my rides. Not at the computer right now so can’t give you the exact steps but get the ride imported and then check in the calendar page.
