Running is a totally different beasts. Eccentric muscle contractions vs concentric, different force requirements, etc etc

There isn’t one, especially not one that works in erg mode. People are explaining why, and giving you alternatives that will help improve your 5s power. You are trying to use the wrong tool for the job, it’s like asking what hammer you need to put a screw in.
