What numbers do you get from eFTP on intervals ICU?

10 watts lower the TR AI FTP and all match, eftp ICU, WKO5 and Koolie Moore Protocol.

I barely hold 290 when I am doing O/U where the over part is 290 - so silly to think 291 was my estimated FTP.

Same… except lower numbers.

I’ll try and find time to summit to support this evening.
