FYI @Nathan was able to fix this by deleting the Ramp Test and then adding it back again. We’re looking into it, but that might work in the meantime!

Up 4.4%. I’ve been using an estimate. Ramp test never worked for me. Happy camper!

LOL! Fun fact: I used this feature to predict my FTP when getting back on the bike postpartum. I did NOT want to do a Ramp Test, and it predicted my FTP decrease amazingly well!

I just did an 8 minute FTP test last night but it froze at the end and didn’t update my FTP so I had to manually calculate and update. Is there any way to undo a manual FTP change so I can give the estimator a try or will I need to wait the two weeks now?

Open your FTP history in your account on the TR website, and delete the most recent FTP change entry. [image] After that, follow the steps above and you should be able to get the estimate.

Ah thank you! I couldn’t find that and thought that only deleting a ramp test would work. Since my ftp didn’t come from the test I thought I was out of luck.

I didn’t accept the change but it predicted my FTP about the same , +2W :+1:
