Also why they need more data to be fed to the machine learning like the Garmin health API, ithlete, hrv4training, … Need more then just data about the workouts you do.

Will the adaptive training look at when your last ride took place just before prescribing your next ride? Ie say you had to do ride at 3pm but then due to schedule constraints must do the next days at 4 am. With the closed Beta will there be a look at what the rider structure is like to get an even…

I might nitpick a bit and say they aren’t actively adaptive. The plans are adaptive in the sense that you can choose the volume of your plans and which type of cycling focus you’d like to pursue at the beginning of the plan. After that, it’s currently up to you to fine tune.
