I got into the beta about a week ago and have been tracking how my PLs change as Iβve completed workouts. Iβm doing SSB HV so, as expected, SweetSpot has increased and some of the others have dropped slightly. Below are two charts I developed to graphically show the change in progress.
TR Style
Developed in Google Sheets. Trying to figure out how to show more than 5 or 6 bars, as well as only the most recent 5 or 6 bars.
Garmin Connect Style
Also developed in Google Sheets.
Anyway, just playing around. Might be something useful one day for TR to implement after AT is in production.
