I have used Workout Creator on the desktop to create a recovery workout e.g. 45% of FTP for 20mins, 55% for 20mins and back to 45% for the final 20mins.
When I load the workout in TR, there is only one 60min interval instead of 3 x 20mins - what have I forgotten to do when creating the workout?
Jim, go back into Workout Creator and check you have published the correct version of workout and then search based on the name of the workout in the top right corner.
