I have recorded a workout with my apple watch which scyncs with my iphone. Now, I have the workout in the apple fitness and it’s also shown in apple health. Trainerroad has permission to write/read all data of apple health, but it doesn’t automatically add the workout to the calendar. Is there a way to manually import it or how should it work?
any help would be appreciated
You need to send the workout to strava for TR to read it. I use HealthFit to do this though there are other apps that will do it also.
So you can also use HealthFit instead of strava or did I understand it incorrectly
Hey @pika27
Currently, we can only import completed Outside TrainerRoad Workouts from Apple Health.
Unstructured outside rides, as well as run and swim workouts, won’t be imported.
If your completed TrainerRoad Outside Workouts aren’t being pushed from Apple Health into your TrainerRoad account, be sure to check that you have enabled all available permissions for TrainerRoad within the Settings app of your iOS device, as described above.
Note: This is only a connection between the Apple Watch and TrainerRoad to sync TrainerRoad outside cycling workouts. We hope to make a full sync with Apple Health in the future.

There really needs to be a visualisation of ‘what goes where’ for data between services. Record here, push there, cross-post there, de-dupe here, update title here, add ‘how did that feel’ there, do it again in TR, gah.
Is there anything with boxes and arrows in existence to start from? thx
