Ideal progression level after AI FTP detection?

My apologies if I have missed this, but is there some ideal starting progression level following the AI FTP detection?

I am sitting at a VO2 max level of 5.5, a threshold level of 5, and a sweet spot level of 7.7, and that seems pretty high to me for the start of a training block.

But it is entirety possible I am being both obsessive and whiny. :thinking:

As I understand it progression levels are all individual. What I can do in endurance or sprints at a given FTP would be different than you or someone else
