I was sick for a week. I kind of expected the plan to adapt to that smarter than it did. Like it should push my planned recovery week back since I was off the bike for a week. It also gave me a pretty hard first workout back. I expected to be eased in a little bit after being off the bike and sick for a week. I’m not planning around any target event, so it would also make sense to just extend the three month plan by a week.

Hi, I had the same issue: Push remaining training plan back one week?
For some reason, the old “push” option has been removed. I couldn’t find a way to fix it.

Revery Weeks are fixed, so you’d have to manually create them if you’d like an additional recovery week or copy and paste the workouts to the following week. However, the system reads if you have not been completing workouts and adjusts planned workouts difficulty accordingly. If the first workout ends up feeling too hard, then you will likely see future workouts adjust to bring the intensity down.
You can also choose Workout Alternates if you want a workout to be easier.
