I’m on the Strava Premium trial and other than the maps and the Ai kind of giving you support on your workouts, I’m not feeling it.
Trying Intervals ICU now but can’t get it to download my TR workouts and the site has a lot to learn.
I know Training Peaks has some good data but don’t want to pay that much unless I get rid of Zwift.
What is everyone else using to analyze data?
What do you want to analyze? That will drive your decision. I mostly use Training Peaks out of habit, but rides also link to intervals.icu. Each has their strengths. For really deep analysis it will be hard to beat WKO.
I’m still learning all this so for now more historical training trends.
WKO is that the off line version of TrainingPeaks?
@Kendogz161 I use intervals.icu primarily & TR secondarily. To get workouts onto intervals.icu, upload them to Strava (non-subcribed) & let Strava push them out to intervals.icu.
I pay intervals.icu some tiny recurring fee, so that may differentiate our experience with that site.
Depends on your goals? What type of analysis are you trying to do?
Online I use intervals, offline I use wko5 or Goldencheetah.
Just echoing that to get TR workout info to intervals.icu, push to Strava. Then pull from Strava into intervals.icu
Once you set it up, it’s automatic.
