I have 3 - A races between now and August 9th They are all 10 mile time trials.
Maybe my scheduling three A races like this is how I screwed up my training program. Maybe not enough time between A Races?

So the training program has only four weeks total of specialty phase
Any suggestions what I could do to change the training plan to have more specialty phase weeks?
Should I redo everything so it’s three separate training plans instead of incorporating three A races into one training plan?
