HRV score interpretation

Does anyone have any good resources on how to interpret HRV scores? I’m using a Garmin Forerunner with their ‘Test HRV’ app, and it gave me a result of 120.89 with zero information on whether that is good/bad/normal.

RMSSD is the metric in the app. Seems very high vs everything else i’ve read online, but perhaps someone can point me in the direction of some useful reading.

Current CTL of around 120 and form -40 if that makes any difference.

You should try to low that form, it is too high. Maybe overtraining

Wouldn’t say its that high for the time of year, but yes, should probably reduce it slightly.
