How to see best 20 min power (or estimated FTP) in past rides

Scrolling through past rides on TR calendar (99% come from zwift, 1% from outdoor rides), is there a way to see the best 20 min power within each of those, or the estimated FTP in each ride? There are lots of figures but not sure if any are the right one. Thanks.

I think the nearest you will get to that is the power records chart at the bottom?

If you hover over 20min then it will show the value for that ride and your all time max.

Cheers, i’ll take a look.

You can go into power records and set your own season. So if you’re trying to find it for like the last month just set a season of whatever time window you want.

Otherwise it’s just look at each ride like above.

I upload all rides/workouts to STRAVA and use the free “Sauce for STRAVA” browser extension for this (and some other things, like beer equivalent calorie burn).

I now have this … it’s great! Has allowed me to confirm my best 20 min power. Was still a case of manually looking through rides (unless i am missing something?), but for a free extension it is amazing. That reminds me to get the zwift sauce extension again for races … nice to see the drafting effect!

Do it in the ‘Career > Power Records’ window, you can then filter the graph for say, ‘all time’ or a specific season (last year or this year etc). Then the graph will identify your 20min best out of all the filtered rides.

There’s also ‘season match’ which can be useful (particularly) in the early season and that compare all the rides todays date (currently the 20 October) to all rides to that date in previous seasons.
