I’m reaching the last 3 weeks of a 3 month FTP plan. I need to take a few days off or even longer due to no energy (or no motivation). What do I do… delete workouts? Add some kind of break? Cancel the plan? Thanks.
You click on your calendar and Scroll down to ‘Training Adjustments’ add a Time Off annotation.

Does that create a pause in the plan or just over write what’s there?
When you add the illness one it definitely deletes all work outs; I had to use it last week after a stomach illness I cant remember if the other ones do the same. When you resume training after the break AI will adjust the plan appropriately.
