How important is CTL Ramp Rate for Trainer Road?

Can anyone confirm if CTL should peak at end of base (like mine suggests) or at end of build?

Looks like for SSB low and mid volume plans CTL peaks at end of build. Only with high volume plan the peak is at end of base:

After posting the PMC for a full 28 week training plan in another thread, I thought it might be useful if I posted a few more of them here.
