Hello,
I am on a Plan Builder plan for Leadville 100MTB for August. If I decide not to do the planned workout on the schedule for a particular day due to time / tiredness / being lazy / scared of the intervals / etc; how do I access the Train Now feature to choose a different workout for the day? Sometimes I just decide that it is a Bald Knob or Pettit day, but the train Now feature sounds better.
