I’ve used Strava and Zwift for 10 years or so … but have never kept a log of what my FTP was (until I started TR a few months ago). Is there anywhere in Zwift or Strava that would give me a fair estimate of past FTP? Or perhaps in one of the other related websites/chrome extensions etc.
https://intervals.icu/ would be my first port of call but I’ve disconnected my account and can’t check.
I think it will present FTP based on best efforts over time. In my experience this meant it was always under, as it is quite rare for me to go out and ride a single best effort, when my focus is on doing multiple intervals.
Perhaps, one day, when things have cooled down and matured, TR will provide a backdated AIFTP for all, @eddie ![]()
I think that Strava used to track historical FTP entries. ![]()
I just checked on the mobile app and didn’t see it, but maybe it’s somewhere on the web?
@spinnnout We do track historical FTP entries in TR.
Click on this link, and it should take you there. It’s in your account settings. ![]()
It’s my pre TR FTP i am most interested in … i have zwifted for 10 years, and it has all syncronised with strava … but FTP seems very hard to come by. It’s not the end of the world though … I will focus on recent performance
I just found historical FTP data on Strava. You need to use the web. Here’s the link.
It’s under Settings > My Performance
Thanks but to expand on the analogy used with the current version, we’re now using better scales and the ask is: could we re-weigh the history using the new scales?
It’s a nice to have, doesn’t impact how I’m using the software currently - and can use some of the charts for YoY comparison, etc.
We have the power to do that with TR. ![]()
I think this could be a cool feature for our athletes to have access to, though, so I’ll pass this feedback along. ![]()
