Help with sudden loss of fitness

I gave blood too last week, out of curiosity how long until you improved over your old pre-donation FTP?

You donate too, what are your experiences?

My data are at best murky. Around the time of my next ramp test my new bike with powere meter pedals arrived. Those read about 15% higher than my trainer. But I would say I was at least mostly recovered by then which was about 10 weeks out.
