Trying to push the watts up a little higher and recently have been getting some nagging pain in the middle/front of the top of my leg - parallel to my privates. Anyone know the proper term of this? Is this technically my hip - where the top of the quad meets the pelvis? Would a decrease in seat height help out with this?
Tight hip flexors? If so, try some daily stretching and lay off the intensity until it no longer is an issue.
