Found one yesterday; in the week 8 tips for the Triathlon full distance build, it sayâs that Sill is one minute at 105% when itâs 2.

The workout Shepherds Tooth has a couple of mistakes in the description:
Bondcliff is made up of 4x16-minute race-start intervals that each begin with a 30-second surge at 150% FTP and then quickly settles in at 94% FTP for the remaining 14 minutes.
Each interval is separated by 3 minutes of recovery, and this version includes a brief, 30-second recovery at the midpoint of each interval.
- Itâs Shepherds Tooth, not Bondcliff.
- The 94% part is 15 minutes, not 14.
- There are no 30 second recoveries.

There seems to be 2 TR identical workouts named Charlotte. I checked with the Custom and Teams filters to make sure they werenât just some user-copy I have access to, and I donât think thatâs whatâs happening.
Maybe someone meant to make a +1 or -1 version and got distracted?

- in the Description: It says the intervals are in the 88-90% range, however they are all fixed at 88%.
- in the âGoalsâ-section, replace âAntelopeâ with âKabatiâ.

Galena +2 - Lvl 8.6 workout: Log In to TrainerRoad
âGalena +2 is 3x20-minute near-FTP intervals between 95-99% FTP with 6 minutes of recovery between each.â
This particular workout has only 2.30 minutes recoveries and all intervals are at 99% FTP.

- âtarget powerâ is spelled inconsistently throughout the workout, since it is sometimes spelled âTarget powerâ and sometimes âTarget Powerâ. Iâm not sure why youâd spell either with capital letter, but this seems to be the case with TrainerRoad, so we might as well make it consistent

In Kaweah -1 during the second interval (about 2-3 mins in), it references the remaining intervals after the current one. It says there are three when there are actually only two.

Steamboat +2 talks about upcoming ILT exercises twice during the warm-up and and the first recovery but no actual ILT is ever done.
The rest of the workout variants do prescribe ILT but +2 does not.

OOF havent edited this one yet, deferring to the team to see if we wanna take out the ILT text (as it makes up a majority of the warmup), or just add the actual ILT drills later.

Mooseâs Tooth +2 has some oddities.
The workout text never loads on my iPhone. I just get the spinning wheel forever.
When I view the text on a web browser it says the workout is 7x7 minute over-unders. Thatâs wrongâitâs 7x8 minute intervals. But the first interval is only 7:30 minutes as the first ramp up the over part is only 1 minute long whereas itâs 1:30 in all of the other intervals. This looks like a mistake. Iâd make it 1:30 like the others and shorten the cool down to 5 minutes (down from 5:30).

In Starlight -2, on the first set of over/unders, on the last over, it says something like â30 seconds leftâ, but thereâs actually 1:30 left.

In Glendarme +3 around 20 minutes in it says there is 30secs of recovery but theyâre 30 on 20 off repeats.
