I was going to reactivate my account today but am greeted with “TrainerRoad can’t process this credit card. Please try Paypal or another credit card.” This is the same card that I have always used for my subscription, direct on the website. Has something changed recently to stop non US cards from being used for payments? Due to exchange rate fees I don’t want to use another card as this one is fee free.
To update this, I think there is a problem TR side as it now gets to the approval section, I approve in the app and then it displays:
“There was a problem processing your credit card, please double check your data and try again. If you continue to receive this error, please try another credit card.”
I now have 4 pending transactions from 2 attempts.
