Cannot contact Support

I am unable to fill out the support ticket as the Captcha on the site is not working (tried 2 different pc’s, Chrome, Firefox).
My query is regarding my not receiving an email that my credit card would be debited after my trial period ended. I am going away on holiday soon and the intention was to ask whether I could do 2 weeks now then have a freeze on my account for a few weeks. I do love the program but it is much mor expensive than my previous app. Any help is appreciated.

Just raised a support ticket myself with no issues on the captcha.

The website does however appear to have reverted to communicating with me in Spanish “Su solicitud se envió correctamente.”
