Maybe. I’m going to see how today goes. If I crash and burn I think I should do e-bike on Sunday and take it easy. I thought I was good after Pikes Peak but I think I might be over doing it.

Just not many being posted just now I think. Winter is coming, hopefully they will pick up.

My buddy and I typically workout 4 or 5 am Chicago time.

Just added the workouts from my next three week block to the shared calendar

Tuesdays, starting on 20-Oct: Taylor->Gendarme +9->Brasted +2
Fridays, starting on 23-Oct: Tweed +6->Centennial->Sugarloaf +5

Easing into things to help get my motor started again before starting base season for real later in November

It must be the fact that Australia has moved into daylight savings hours, but those new times appear just a little later than last cycle!? I’ll have to wave you good luck from a distance :slight_smile:

If thirty minutes earlier would make a difference let me know, I can shift them to 5 AM from 530, but 5 is about the earliest I can do those weeks

I might join you for this round. Have to see where I’m at post-recovery.

I’ll be diving into it after two full weeks off the bike, so it’ll be an adventure for me as well :slight_smile: Starting back up is always a bit of a shock to the system

I picked these workouts with the idea being that Taylor is a pretty mild way to dive in and then the 100-102% intervals on Fridays will help me tune my FTP to better find my level after the break
