Goal Setting, Beginner Tips, Weight Loss and More – Ask a Cycling Coach 239

Hey Howie! I don’t have any hard data or research other than anecdotal, but I think a safe bet would be to count calories eaten within 3 hours of the start of your ride. Those will be available to fuel your efforts. If you’re working out at 5pm, and you have lunch at noon, I’d recommend focusing on nutrient density at lunch, then have a carb-rich snack between 2-2:30pm that, in addition to what you eat/drink during the ride, would equate to the number of calories you anticipate burning during your ride.

Hope this helps!

Understood! Thanks for responding

Frankly speaking, I also don’t like this drink at all. I would better eat all this product apart, then mix them in a smoothie. Honestly, I do not understand what kind of diet are you speaking, because rad meat and potatoes are not diet products at all. Really junk food kills you health and organism, refuse on it and start correcting of your nutrition. There are many healthy diets a nowhere day, especially, I like a popular weight loss program Weight Watchers that helped me to lose 120 pounds. Honestly, it is a hard work over yourself, but it’s worth it.
