Interesting I’ll have to look at mine. TR pulled my morning commute ok from GC but the PM commute was pulled from Strava; perhaps I need to reauthorize.
No need to… what was lost has now been found. Yesterday’s “lost” workout is now there.
Hopefully it’s just a bit slow at the moment
I can confirm, my TR workout earlier today hasn’t show up on Garmin Connect yet.
Yip it seemed to be fixed when I glanced at the TR calendar, today’s trip to the lbs has pulled ok from GC ![]()

We’re experiencing some issues sending activities to Garmin at the moment.
As of now, this issue should be fixed for new activities being sent along to Garmin.
We’re working on pushing through some final queued activities to Garmin from yesterday that failed to sync up.
In other words, it’s mostly resolved at the moment, and we’re working on getting activities that weren’t synced yesterday sorted out.
Please let me know if you run into any other trouble!
Got my workout from last night just now.
I have reauthorized my sync with Garmin, but still don’t see my TR workout from yesterday in Garmin Connect, nor my outdoor ride today from Garmin synced to TR.
Having the same problem. Workouts not going to garmin connect therefore nothing in my edge 530. Any idea what’s the problem?
Hey there – try going to your Activity Sync page on the TR website. Under Garmin, click on “Re-authorize.” That often solves this issue.

Thanks I had already done that. Also unpair on both apps and reconnect again but no luck.
Got it – sorry that didn’t do the trick this time.
I took a look at your account again and it appears like your next workout has been successfully pushed to Garmin Connect – is that correct?
If so, hopefully the issue has resolved itself! Keep me posted.
