Garmin 1050_What's Your "Outside Workout" Screen Look Like?

Living in Southern California, I have changed my workouts to 3 of 4 weekly workouts to “TrainerRoad Outside” rides; however the “workout” screens on the Garmin seem inadequate compared to the workout screen on the TrainerRoad App…

At minimum, would like to see:
Target Power vs (3s) Actual Power
Interval Time vs Actual Interval Time (or interval time remaining)
Total Workout Time
Heart Rate
Cadence
Intensity Factor
Normalized Power

There IS a Target Power function, but is shows that my target power is between 145-175 W when it’s actually supposed to be 214W, so then I give up on the workout and focus on Intensity Factor and duration.

Any advice from those that are using the Outside Workout on their Garmin successfully?

Creating a Custom Garmin Screen – TrainerRoad

Does this help at all? It gives step average power which should help keep you on target

Thanks!

I did set up my custom screens and Target Power never changed off of 145-175W when the current intervals switched to 15min @230W, followed by 14min @220 and 14min @247 respectively…all else seemed to work fine, but was flying blind to the wattage/interval changes.
