3:59 for me.
I had a similar result coming into peak fitness last year. If I looked at those numbers I’d have a meaningful way point.
As much as I think the OP is a total crap shoot, it does raise some interesting points.
I held the 1 min max power from my last ramp test for 6m10s back in August 2017.
I should add that my current ftp is almost the lowest it’s been since owning a power meter.
4.29 not sure if this is good or bad…what do we learn from this…
I’ve essentially done 100% structured training for the last two years, and I don’t have a power meter on my bike so my few outside rides don’t contribute to the power curve. I’m not overly concerned by it, especially since I’ve complete SusPB once and am planning to do it again this winter. Still, interesting use of the analytics.
Same here! 2:15 @ 483 watts. However, my all time 1 minute pr is 702, so while I may not be able to hold it for long I have big watts to dole out when the need arises…as long as the need is short.
2:40
Cool game!
4 minutes dead for me

Ramp tests estimate your max aerobic power, which is roughly 5-min power at vo2max. So think of that last minute in ramp test as being your best 5-min power.
So if you do a true max effort on ramp test, and look back at say the last 90 days, getting >4 minutes on your personal records page should represent a very hard effort.
Hope that makes sense.
If you are over 4’ you are probably in the top 3rd among trained cyclists. Or at least if you were legit doing a MAP TTE. We’re just approximating that based on TR analytics. Just curious to see what some of the numbers look like.
Among trained cyclists first crack at time to exhaustion at maximum aerobic power is something like 3:45 on average. If you make it all the way to 5:00 that’s crazy good.
Or like me, you are sh1t at doing ramp tests

Not sure what that mean, but for the record I always beleive the Ramp Test overestimates my FTP, at least when compared to 20 or 2x8’ efforts.
25 minutes.
you might be thinking, “Oh, You’re a beast!”
Unfortunately that isnt the case, last ramp test was the first with my power pedals using powermatch on the smart trainer, heck it was my first ramp test in several weeks.
And also i had A LOT of trouble pacing myself so i had a few (unnecessary) surges that killed my legs, so i saw a good 28w drop which is a bit much
Heck usually i hit the high 180s for HR and i didnt even cross the 180 mark… so i scored ultra low.
So i’m redoing one tonight to see if i can get a proper assessment
Well this is just another metric that I am going to have fun playing with! How deep did I go in the latest ramp test compared to past performance
Last Ramp was a nice even 6:00 but it was a very underwhelming test so hopefully that number will drop significantly when I test again next week.
4:22.
Fun little data point. Not sure it has any real meaning. Context is king! It’s good for generating hypotheses, prognostication and reflection.
