Hour Record looks very similar to Unicorn +1. I completed that last weekend. Looks the same work portion, but with a different warm up. I wasn’t well rested, so was really pleased to get through and break a load of my old power curve. I did 334w (98%) for 60 mins. Kolie Morre FTP test up once I’m rested - hoping for the hallowed 350w!!
