Fit 4 Racing vs other strength plans

Just curious if anyone has tried Fit4Racin/Riding. Just looking for a strength program for cyclist. I’m currently doing 5x5 stronglifts M,W,F and low volume Marathon XC TR plan on T,TX and Sat. So let me know if you have tried FIT4Racing! thanks.
