Feature Request: Off-Road Triathlon Plan

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but it would be awesome to have an Off-Road Triathlon Plan.

I know previously the solution was to substitute the workouts from SSB into the Olympic Tri plans etc. but Plan Builder makes this pretty messy since it will select only a few weeks from each phase if there isn’t time for the entire block.

If it isn’t worthwhile to create an Off-Road Tri Plan, then any tips or fixes on how to improve using Plan Builder for Off-Road Triathlon?


how would the off-road plan differ other than maybe some of the run workout instructions? and/or maybe adding in more strength workouts. I certainly feel like for any gravel events I train for it’s more important to keep up with strength workouts

There is one available today, but I can’t find it’s description anywhere. I would like to know what would be the difference between a normal triathlon and an off-road one, as I am looking on building climbing power…
