While creating our personal planning, it would be nice to have a visual indication of time spent in each zone for each potential workout.
A 3-zone model would be awesome, so we could easily choose a good repartition (eg. for polarized 80/20 weeks). A weekly visual indicator would be also awesome so you can see if your week has a correct repartition.
