The current info on the training plans page gives info on hours and TSS per week. It could also be useful to summarise each workout in terms of mins spent in each zone. You could then add these up for a weekly zone summary for each plan. This might be helpful to selecting a suitable plan.
- This is already available. Open the workout or ride on the web and you will see a full zone breakdown that also includes coasting time (most relevant for outdoors).
