In a nutribullet → banana, frozen berries, skim milk, whey protein, ground flax.
If it was a really big ride or I under-fueled during a ride, sometimes I add sugar &/or salt.
Plus, I sweat a lot, so I usually end up chugging a bunch of water too.
Great bottle choice. Ol’ reliable.

Thus far I don’t think we’ve found a better solution? Just wish they were more readily available. I got these two for $18 now they’re $18 each and not in black.
