Hello guys, I wanted to share my favorite lower body workout. I have never heard @chad talk about complex. It is a method I used to use when I was bodybuilding and that I still use before the hockey season. For cycling I would only do 3 sets which is a 30 minutes workout. Also, for my second workout of the week I do the deadlift complex
Keep in mind that you need to have an access to a gym in order to complete that workout. Also, this is more suited for advanced lifters with experience with more complicated lifts.
