That’s an issue with that particular app, not the power meter. Although I think you’re using the Favero app, you can use any app that can read power meters, such as the Wahoo Fitness app. Or use your bike computer if you have one.
All of the power related metrics are just calculated by the app from the live power readings from the power meter.
