Does anyone have any contact details for Favero? Other than the emails on their webpage? I have had an issue with my pedal PRM’s for a few weeks and they seem to be extremely slow in replying to emails, I’m talking weeks not replying / ignoring emails, not days. So I am trying to follow up with them via all other methods and wonder if anyone has an email or contact method other than the ones stated on their webpage, or any suggestions how to get then to correspond about a product that has failed outside the warranty window.
Yes thanks I have checked my spam / junk folder. I initiated contact via the app, then received a generic email stating they had received that then another email asking for some details then nothing for a week.
I commented negatively on a few of their social media accounts this morning, funnily enough I then received an email later today. Disappointing that I had to do that to get them to reply.
