Chocolate in the wine fridge! In Singapore it’s too hot to store in the cupboard
I really liked @Nate_Pearson idea of a potato/ veggie hash. He didn’t give an exact recipe so here’s what I did: a white potato, a sweet potato, half a red onion, a red bell pepper, and a cup or two of broccoli. Chopped in food processor and put on baking sheet. Drizzled olive oil and baked at 400 for 20 min. Served with grilled chicken and a combo of purple, brown, and red rice. Curry sauce on top. We’re already planning other combinations. Thanks Nate!!
