Yes that is what I am doing but with three kids 1/3/6 and shift work Ineed to be efficient with my time and creating my workouts in Flow isn’t possible all the time. I write them down on my stem and use the lap button.

At the moment, you have a number of options to sync Workouts to and from other platforms. You’ll find these on your RideSync page at TrainerRoad.com. You can learn more about each Platform here: Ride Sync Support. You can sync Workouts between platforms in the following ways:
- Garmin: TrainerRoad Workouts to Garmin (completed after syncing is enabled), and Garmin workouts to TrainerRoad (from the past 5 years).
- Wahoo: Planned TrainerRoad Outside Workouts will be pulled by Wahoo.
- TrainingPeaks: TrainerRoad Workouts to TrainingPeaks (if completed after syncing is enabled). Custom Workouts that are scheduled within 1-2 days will sync from TrainingPeaks to TrainerRoad
- Strava: TrainerRoad Workouts to Strava (completed after syncing is enabled). All Strava Workouts will sync to TrainerRoad.
- Final Surge: TrainerRoad Workouts to Final Surge (completed after syncing is enabled). Custom Workouts that are scheduled within 1-2 days will sync from Final Surge to TrainerRoad.
