Editing existing plan with adaptive training

Hi all,

I’m new to TR and the forum.
I could not find a topic to ask small questions - so decided to make a new one. Feel free to move the topic.

I have a Sweet Spot Basic Plan activated, however, it’s unclear to me how I can change elements of an ongoing plan. It only seems possible to delete the existing plan, and start a new one.

For example:

  • What should I do if I would like to change my default training days (without manually dragging all events)
  • What should I do if I would like to increase the volume slightly?

I’ve searched online, but I only found ‘old’ answers, before the adaptive training implementation.

Furthermore, is there a way to set a default work-out time in the calendar?

On the mobile app if you scroll to the start of the block in the calendar and select the annotation with the base block name it should let you move around scheduled days.

In terms of adding volume if you’re new to cycling I would just let it be. On the other hand if you are a cycling vet and a structured training vet you could add extra time at the end of the workout using “extend cooldown” or you could use workout alternates to choose a similar level workout at a different duration
