I’m new to TR and the forum.
I could not find a topic to ask small questions - so decided to make a new one. Feel free to move the topic.
I have a Sweet Spot Basic Plan activated, however, it’s unclear to me how I can change elements of an ongoing plan. It only seems possible to delete the existing plan, and start a new one.
- What should I do if I would like to change my default training days (without manually dragging all events)
- What should I do if I would like to increase the volume slightly?
I’ve searched online, but I only found ‘old’ answers, before the adaptive training implementation.
Furthermore, is there a way to set a default work-out time in the calendar?
