You’ve got a recovery week in there so that’s probably part of it. It looks like your volume ramps up substantially in March/April before your event when you would expect to have your long rides and absorb that volume

Good to know. Generally my plan is to do these longer rides outside anyway when it’s not raining (it always seems to rains here :frowning: ) so all I really want from the ai is a rough wattage guide so I don’t end up overcooking it.

I had some issues initially in setting up my Sunday ride to be dynamic and/or getting the length to be right. Not exactly sure what my issue was or how I got around it… I think it was me changing workouts from endurance 90min to dynamic myself (setting each one dynamic with a different hour limit)…

Yes, that’s what’s happening. If I were to go into my plan and switch the Sunday long ride to 5 hours fixed and then switch it back to dynamic it will give me 5 hours as the ride duration during the recovery weeks even though it should be dynamic. The ride on the recovery week should be shorter! So…

Probably! If it’s triggering a Yellow on a Rest Day I would say we’re on the clear. Means you’re pushing it just enough! Then Tuesday should be green.
