How does TR want me to ride Dynamic Endurance rides? Z2, 75% FTP, all out?
I understand the length is supposed to change based on how your body is responding to the plan but there is not other information in the prompt. The help file only explains that the length is supposed to change not the objective or power/HR range.
Think it’s a bug. They used to have text saying take it easy or something along those lines
I am in the same boat
One Sunday it wants me to ride 3 hrs at 0.63
following week is 3 hrs at 0.68
No other prompts
(ps I thought the duration would change, not the intensity?!)
I’ll look into this, but it shows an IF of .72.
That means averaging 72% of FTP (or lower).
What is meant to happen if during a recovery week/endurance week you stay below the IF of the programmed ride? I wasn’t expecting a drop to expected ftp after a pretty stellar three weeks but my endurance rides were a little under because I backed off if they were creeping up or I had to stop at stoplights.

Theoretically I agree that on an endurance ride NP and Avg Power should be pretty close, but if done on the road there might be some more difference.
