Yes, I fast forward the deep dives. 10 mins a topic is my limit.
If I wanted that level of detail, I’d do an online university course.
I just want to 1) get faster, 2) follow the top gear styled fun of Jeremy (Nate), Professor Slow (Chad), Richard (Johnathan) and the Stig (Amber) as they embark on crazy adventures like Cape Epic, or the TT competition, or the trip to Kona etc.
Since lockdown and working from home I’ve found I have the podcasts on in the back ground whilst I work. The informed views are always easily digested thanks to the delivery of the TrainerRoad team.
Just another benefit of the times we find ourselves in, slowing things down to take more in and become more informed. Which I hope will be diametrically opposed to my increase in speed on my bike.
I love them and hate them. If it’s applicable to me I find them splendid. If not applicable to me I fast forward.
I appreciate the knowledge being shared. But I hear you, sometimes that sh*ts can get long and more than I care to spend time listening.
Every once in awhile I long for the hour format but during the pandemic I appreciate the longer podcasts and deep dives. I have nothing else to do but listen.
Man. I’m useless. I didn’t provide anything helpful. Just fast forward my comment.
