Does BikeTiresDirect not offer the email discount any longer? They used to give you a discount code for signing up to their email but I didn’t get it this time.
REI have Shimano mountain/gravel pedals on sale. There are lots of fake XT and XTR pedals on the market now, so I am only buying through trusted sources, and these seem the best prices. You have to add to cart to see the price.
Biketiresdirect had XT for $90 last week, but back to $120 or similar now.

Planet Cycles have the GRX-810 shifters for $82 each. (looks like just 1x11 versions). That’s a pretty great price for these.
Also, 1x GRX 810 cranks. Cheaper than eBay even.

New vs old I forgot if there is any benefits using new caliper other than weight vs D1 or force D2?
It seems like there is some benefit to the calipers, but the consensus is that the majority of the feel improvement is in the levers.
