The wait to save $14 is insane! Appreciate you looking though

FREE delivery: Dec 9 - Jan 22
Usually ships within 1 to 3 months.

I placed an order with Apple and then saw the $14 off at Amazon and decided to go with that. They both had a week or two wait. Amazon shipped mine the second day I ordered them and ended up canceling my order with Apple. So I don’t know. Amazon works in mysterious ways.

I do need the Airpods for my wife for Christmas but figuring I can wait a bit for another sale closer to the holidays. I like the features of them for myself but don’t trust them to stay in my ears during mountain biking. I did go ahead and order them so will see how soon they ship

The Garmin Index Smart Scale is currently $113.32 on Amazon.

I ordered them from Best Buy dotcom last week. They weren’t on sale but they’re in my ears now.

Well, the time has come. Clever’s semi-annual sale starts Thursday, Nov. 14. Other big sales start on Friday according the article.

Already got my order in for a Kickr.

I knew it was coming but that is pretty good. H3 at $999 minus 20% = $799 is hell of a deal. Or even the Neo2 at $959 down from $1199.

Grabbed an H3 for the pain cave. So ready to ditch the dumb trainer.

REI is doing 25% on the Saris (H3 and M2) stuff starting the 15th according to their flyer. It may or may not be a lower end-price than the CT deal. It will be a better return experience if you’re looking to try it out (and your LBS doesn’t have a setup).

Think I’m going to be asking Santa for a Neo 2

Actually Rei is lower than clever with the 25% off which comes out to $750 before tax. Only $49 but that is enough for a cassette if you need it.

FWIW, I buy cycling socks on Wish, and they’ve been great. I tend to go through socks quickly in a season, and these last well, are durably constructed, and cheap as can be. I buy the “Giro” and “Castelli” knockoffs.

I think people might have got too excited. Page load times for me are like a minute or more. I have always found the site to be slow, but this is hard to even look at items.

Where can I see this flyer? Wondering if Outdoor Play will match it

Did you get the flyer in the mail? I haven’t gotten anything yet.

Here is a link to what I found on REI’s 20% off sale starting tomorrow:

Are smart trainers ‘bike simulators’???

Discounts not valid on bicycles, strollers, paddle boards, hard-shell boats, any item with GPS technology, bike simulators, action cameras and accessories, activity trackers, personal locator beacons, avalanche transceiver and airbag products, skis, ski boots or ski bindings; snowboards, snowboard boots or snowboard bindings.

My guess is yes. That language is new. It used to exclude all products from Wahoo, and then the last year it did not. But that is the first time I have seen the bike simulator part.

I emailed customer service asking about this - we’ll see if they get back to me before tomorrow when I can find out by adding it the cart. Pretty sure I’m going to get a H3, so it’s really between REI locally and clever training online.
