haha, yes, you will get a 110 euro fine when you “use” your phone on your bike (so all fancy instagram riding headshot selfies are illegal here).
Did make enough miles with a front and back seat, but never like this though 
Keep in mind that holland has 37.000 km bicylcle specific paths on just 41.500 km2, so the infrastructure is pretty safe.
