l wish TR would offer Duathlon training plans. I think there are many people who like doing both. What l am doing now is to fit in my masters low volume TR cycling plan a Coros low volume running plan. I do easy rides and easy runs in the same day. I do 2 high intensity short rides and one intervals run separated as much as possible. Depending on how l feel l either do a long ride or a long run on Sunday. Strength on Saturday evening after a morning high intensity workout.
This seems to work for me. Any thoughts?
