Customer Support

I’ve been using computers in one form or another since 1977, and have been online since the earliest days of Compuserve and Fidonet. In all those years, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a company that has such consistently effective, professional, and friendly customer support techs as TR. Even when the problem is one of my own creation, there is always a prompt and workable solution offered, and a followup email to be sure the fix worked.

Gold standard support, and I’ve worked in support for almost the last 20 years and I’ve never had a response that I wouldn’t have minded saying.

I’ve had colleagues over the years who could really do with following their example.

No almost about it. Support is an essential part of the offering for many services. Found out a couple weeks ago support team for my place is now a major selling point as we’ve spent the last 12 months improving and implementing new processes (go me!). TR must know the value their team provides to have something so consistent and effective.
