I’m surprised this thread appears to be advocating high intensity bouts of exercise when our immune systems need to be at their peak performance right now .

In short, the direct link to the other thread I shared (if you read the summary posted) seems to contradict the image you shared above. But as ever, that is my reading at the moment. Please continue discussion in the other thread.
